My father was tested for the flu on a Friday and didn't get the results back until Monday and that's because we kept calling and calling. the receptionist over the phone also made a joke about type A and B, which is morally so wrong. Dr.Ruiz is a kind doctor, but when it comes to her patients, It really feels they are getting half fast service.
